- kilpailut järjestetää Hopeatoffee, vastuuhenkilönä toimii Mette H.
- viimeinen osallistumispäivä on 02.12.
- yhteen luokkaan mahtuu yhteensä 30 valjakkoa.
- yksi ohjastaja saa tuoda yhteen luokkaan max. 3 hevosta
- 1 hevonen saa osallistua vain yhteen luokkaan ja kerran koko kisoihin.
- kisat ovat avoimet sekä poneille että hevosille.
- osallistumisia ei oteta, ennen kuin kutsu löytyy VRL:n kilpailukalenterista.
 - tulokset arvotaan luokkien täytyttyä puolueettomasti arvontakoneella.
- viralliset tulokset ovat myöhemmin nähtävillä VRL:n tulosarkistossa.

- ohjastajan seura ja VRL-tunnus ovat pakollisia kaikille, vaikkei seuraa
  erikseen tarvitsekaan ilmoittaa.
- hevosen VH-tunnus on vapaaehtoinen, joskin kannattava, mikäli mielii
  saada ranking-pisteitä mahdollisesti sijoittuessaan.
